Lahore’s Allama Iqbal International Airport is around 20-30 minutes from the city centre, with taxis and shuttles available for your journey onwards.
The Old City is best explored on foot or by tuk-tuk, which is also the standard mode of transport for journeys elsewhere in the wider, sprawling city. Taxis are rare, but the city has a good central Metro bus service.
