Adelaide offers a huge variety of places to see and interesting things to experience. If you are stopping by for a few days you will find it hard to choose what to do. There are plenty of open spaces throughout the city, including Adelaide Botanic Garden, Himeji Gardens, Victoria Square and Adelaide Parklands.

Adelaide is conveniently located just half an hour away from beautiful beaches including Maslin Beach, North Haven and Aldinga Beach. Many of these beaches have the most spectacular sunsets.

There are also plenty of fascinating buildings to visit including Carrick Hill, Parliament House and Adelaide Gaol. Another big attraction is Adelaide Hills, which form part of the Mount Lofty ranges. Adelaide Hills can be reached by car in about half an hour. 

Sports fans will appreciate a visit to Adelaide Oval, a huge sports stadium that hosts many major sporting events. Animal lovers should head to Adelaide Zoo, which is Australia's second oldest zoo. It’s home to 2,500 animals including 250 species of native and exotic birds, mammals, fish and reptiles.
